Welcome to the Umanoff & Parsons Bakery web site. Our goal is to provide you with useful information about our company and our handmade, all-natural gourmet desserts.
Umanoff & Parsons Bakery has been serving restarants and specialty shops since 1977. We use only ‘clean’ ingredients, meaning we do not use preservatives, bleached flour or hydrogenated oils in our desserts. All of our cakes, pies, and tarts are certified Tablet K Kosher Dairy and contain No Trans Fats per serving.

"Cakes, pies, tarts -- all delicious" are what this longtime TriBeCa bakery turns out, and most of them are destined for better "restaurant dessert trays"; but while the bulk of its business is wholesale, walk-in customers are welcome to "go to the source" (i.e. the baking facility -- there is no actual store) for its goods, including "perfect Thanksgiving" desserts and what some consider "the best mud pie in NY."
